Welcome to TheSoph.AI Publisher (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

The Service connects your TikTok account via Login Kit, can upload drafts or publish videos using TikTok’s Content Posting API with PULL_FROM_URL from https://web.thesoph.ai, and can display your profile & metrics using Display API.

1A. Public availability

The Service is offered to the general public. Any eligible TikTok user may create an account on this website and connect their own TikTok account. The Service is not limited to our internal company channels or team-only usage.

3. Media and hosting

We host media only to transfer it to TikTok. Demo file: https://web.thesoph.ai/media/test.mp4.

4. Availability & changes

Service provided “as is”. Features may change or be discontinued.

5. Prohibited uses

• Unlawful/infringing/deceptive content.
• Attempts to bypass TikTok restrictions or sandbox rules.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; we may suspend access for violations.
