Data Deletion

Delete your data stored by TheSoph.AI Publisher in two ways.

1) Self-service

1. Click Disconnect — we immediately purge your KV token record (session cookie-keyed).
2. Optionally revoke app access in TikTok settings.

2) By request

Email alexkhan@thesoph.ai with subject “Delete my TikTok data”. We confirm within 72 hours.

What we delete

• Access/refresh tokens & metadata.
• Light operational logs linked to your session.

What we retain

• Aggregate non-personal metrics (if any).
