This Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle your data when you use TheSoph.AI Publisher.

1. Data we collect

• OAuth data from TikTok: open_id, access/refresh tokens, lifetimes.
• Operational logs: timestamps, endpoint names, HTTP codes.
• Display API data: profile fields (e.g., display_name, avatar_url) and aggregated metrics (e.g., follower_count, video counts), video lists with metric fields.
• Media: demo file https://web.thesoph.ai/media/test.mp4.

2. How we use data

• Authenticate with TikTok and show profile & stats.
• Upload drafts and publish videos you trigger.
• Operate and secure the Service.

3. Legal bases

• Performance of a contract.
• Legitimate interests (security, reliability).

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We only exchange data with TikTok via their official APIs as needed to perform actions you request.

5. Retention

Tokens rotate per TikTok lifetimes; we delete them on Disconnect or after 90 days of inactivity. Logs up to 90 days.

6. Security

Tokens are stored server-side (KV), never exposed to the client.

7. Your choices

• Disconnect anytime.
• Request deletion via Data Deletion.
